Why Choose Spelt?
Naturally higher in protein, rich in soluble and insoluble fibre, a good source of B vitamins, and containing a broader range of essential amino acids. Spelt is lower in gluten than modern wheat and is often easier to digest for some people.

Our Spelt Health Bread is also yeast free, making it suitable for those avoiding yeast in their diet.
